Carol LaTorre-Elliott

tCarol LaTorre-Elliott has more than 20 years of experience in program management support to some of Huntsville's most notable DoD contractors; Teledyne Brown Engineering, MEVATEC Corporation (BAE Systems), and COLSA Corporation. The most recent four years in direct support of Missile Defense Agency (MDA) customers, with strong analytical expertise in financial planning, cost scheduling control, subcontract administration, variance analysis, and database management.

As Director of Support Services, Ms. LaTorre-Elliott is responsible for providing organizational and financial leadership in determining and implementing MSSI’s strategic business growth plan. Her duties include coordination of information technology, finance, human resource, and security departments.

Ms. LaTorre-Elliott, holds a BBA in Accounting with honors, and is a member of the American Society of Military Comptrollers. (back)
